As introduced: - Prohibits governmental entities from contracting for artificial intelligence technology with companies owned by, controlled by, or based in a foreign country of concern. - Creates the "Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights". - Requires companion chatbot platforms to obtain parental consent before a minor can create or maintain an account, and grants parents supervisory controls over the account. - Requires bot operators to clearly and periodically disclose to a user that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and not a human. - Prohibits artificial intelligence technology companies from selling or disclosing a user's personal information unless the data is deidentified. - Prohibits the unauthorized commercial use of an individual's name, image, or likeness created through generative artificial intelligence.
