As enacted: - Prohibits the knowing creation, distribution, or sale of digitally fabricated material that depicts an identifiable individual as nude or engaged in sexual conduct. - Establishes a Class 5 felony penalty for the creation or distribution of prohibited digitally fabricated material. - Expands the intent required for the crime of criminal invasion of privacy to include threatening or causing emotional, financial, physical, psychological, or reputational harm.
