As introduced: - Criminalizes the intentional dissemination of a digitally created or altered image or audio of an identifiable person without their consent and with the intent to cause harm. - Establishes felony penalties for disseminating intimate content if the offender is 21 or older, and misdemeanor penalties for offenders under 21, with enhanced penalties for subsequent offenses. - Makes the dissemination of non-intimate content a misdemeanor offense. - Exempts certain activities from the new offenses, including those by internet service providers, law enforcement, and for a legitimate public purpose.
