As introduced: - Expands the definition of "visual material" for the criminal offense of disclosing intimate images to include content that has been digitally altered or artificially generated. - Creates a criminal offense for creating, recording, or altering intimate visual material depicting an individual without consent and with the intent to cause harm. - Exempts developers or providers of technology from criminal liability when their technology is used by another person to create or alter prohibited visual material.
