Requires completion of impact assessments. - Requires developers to provide deployers with documentation on a high-risk AI system's uses and risks. - Requires the developer of a high-risk generative AI system that creates or modifies synthetic content to ensure that the outputs are identifiable as such. - Requires deployers of high-risk AI systems to implement a risk management program, conduct a pre-deployment impact assessment, and notify consumers when a system is in use. - Requires a deployer to provide a consumer with an explanation for an adverse consequential decision made by a high-risk AI system. - Establishes a private right of action for violations.
