As introduced: - Requires the Department of Management to maintain and publish an inventory of artificial intelligence systems used by state agencies and to report annually to the general assembly. - Requires state agencies that use automated employment decision-making tools to publish a list of such tools and report annually on their use. - Prohibits a state agency from using an artificial intelligence system to adversely affect an employee’s compensation, benefits, position, or rights under a collective bargaining agreement. - Prohibits a state agency from transferring the existing duties or functions of its employees to an artificial intelligence system.
