As introduced: - Requires ticket sellers, resellers, and online platforms to disclose the total price of a ticket, including all fees and taxes, at each step of a transaction. - Prohibits ticket issuers from using a delivery method that prevents a purchaser from reselling a ticket on their preferred online platform. - Requires resellers offering speculative tickets to disclose that they do not possess the tickets at the time of the transaction. - Requires sellers to provide a full refund if a ticket is counterfeit, the event is canceled, or the ticket does not match its advertised description. - Directs the Consumer Protection Section of the Office of the Attorney General to conduct a review of the state's event ticket market, including the use of AI and other software to purchase tickets for resale, and report its findings by December 1, 2026.
