As introduced: - Prohibits government and businesses from mandating a digital currency without alternatives, using digital currency or identification to monitor or control citizens, or establishing a social credit score. - Restricts the use of artificial intelligence (AI) by government and businesses, prohibiting discrimination, and prohibiting its use to determine medical care, replace workers without an offset, or spend public funds on AI without citizen approval. - Prohibits compelling a person to undergo a medical procedure, including vaccination, and prohibits restrictions on a citizen's choice of energy, personal food production, or rainwater collection.
