As introduced: - Creates the Citizen’s Bill of Rights. - Prohibits the government or a business from forcing digital monetary system on the citizenry without providing equally viable and useful alternative options for the citizenry to obtain goods and services. - Prohibits government and businesses from penalizing citizens for using gold and silver as compensation for goods and services. - Prohibits government or business requiring using digital identification to purchase goods or services, restrict travel, or as a condition of employment. - Prohibits social credit scoring. - Prohibits government or business from using artificial intelligence and biotechnology to determine who lives and dies, who should receive medical care, who should receive insurance coverage, replace a citizen worker without an offset, monitor the habits or determine court decisions, or determine outcomes in gambling. - Prohibits the use of tax dollars to fund AI or biotechnology without prior individual written approval or majority vote. - Prohibits government or business from tracking carbon usage, carbon scores, or carbon credits. - Prohibits government or business from restricting type of fuel or energy. - Prohibits government or business from restricting appliances due to fuel type.
