As introduced: - Requires state and local law-enforcement agencies to annually conduct and publicly publish an inventory of any covered artificial intelligence system they use. - Authorizes the Attorney General to bring a civil action against a law-enforcement agency to enforce these provisions. - Creates a private right of action for an individual to bring a civil action to enforce these provisions, provided the individual gives the law-enforcement agency 90 days' prior written notice.
