As introduced: - Prohibits the intentional and non-consensual distribution of a deep fake depicting an individual engaging in sexual conduct when done with the intent to coerce, harass, intimidate, or damage the person's reputation. - Establishes criminal penalties for a violation, with penalties increasing for repeat offenses or for violations committed with the intent to cause violence or bodily harm. - Authorizes the Attorney General, county prosecutors, and depicted individuals to seek an injunction to prevent or stop the distribution of such material. - Exempts from prosecution constitutionally protected speech, such as parody or satire, and media that includes a clear disclosure that it is not a real event.
