As introduced: - Establishes the Mississippi AI and STEM Education Pilot Program to implement AI-assisted learning tools in STEM subjects for grades 6 through 12, with priority for underperforming, rural, and economically disadvantaged schools. - Requires the Department of Education to develop guidelines addressing algorithmic bias, transparency, and human oversight of AI systems. - Prohibits the use of authorized AI tools for teacher evaluation or employment decisions and the sale or noneducational use of student data. - Sunsets the pilot program on June 30, 2030, unless reauthorized by the Legislature.
