As introduced: - Expands the definition of "child sexual abuse materials" to include deepfakes. - Defines "deepfake" as manipulated audio or visual media that would falsely appear to a reasonable observer to be an authentic record of an individual's speech or conduct. - Exempts from the definition of "deepfake" any material that constitutes a work of political or public interest, satire, or parody, or includes a clear disclosure that it is not a real event.
