As amended on 3/18/2026: - Makes it unlawful to possess video or still images created by artificial intelligence that depicts aperson under the age of 17 and is nude or state of undress. Exempts interactive computer services, email providers, and telecommunications services that provide computer access. - Makes it unlawful for a person under 17 to knowingly possess, sell, or maliciously disseminate video or still image created by artificial intelligence that depicts another person in the nude or state of undress with the intent to coerce, harass, or intimidate a person.
