As introduced: - Prohibits an evaluator from using an artificial intelligence (AI) tool to assign a score or rating for any evaluation component requiring professional judgment for the evaluation of a teacher. Allows the use of AI tools to support evaluators with administrative tasks, as determined by a joint committee. - Requires an evaluator to disclose the name and purpose of any AI tool used to the teacher being evaluated.
