As introduced: - Expands the crime of invasion of privacy to include the creation of nonconsensual deepfake images of a person with intimate parts exposed or engaged in a sexual act. - Creates a new fourth-degree crime for the nonconsensual disclosure of a pornographic deepfake image. - Expands the crime of criminal coercion to explicitly include a threat to disclose a nonconsensual actual or deepfake intimate image.
