As introduced: - Prohibits the sale to, or use by, a landlord of an algorithmic device for setting, recommending, or advising on residential rent or occupancy rates. - Defines an "algorithmic device" as a tool that uses non-public competitor data to advise on rent or vacancy, while exempting reports with aggregated, anonymous data and tools used for government affordable housing programs. - Makes a violation of the act a violation of the New Jersey Antitrust Act.
