As introduced: - Prohibits knowingly training an artificial intelligence chatbot to encourage self-harm or violence, provide emotional support, act as a healthcare professional, or simulate a human to develop a relationship with a user. - Establishes a civil cause of action. - Authorizes a court to order injunctive relief to cease operation of the artificial intelligence and to impose civil fines.
