As introduced: - Proposes an amendment to the state constitution to prohibit corporations, non-profits, and other "artificial persons" from spending money to influence state elections or ballot initiatives. - Declares any prohibited activity void and imposes the forfeiture of all charter privileges, such as limited liability, as a penalty for violations. - Exempts registered political committees from the prohibition, provided they exist solely for that purpose.
