As introduced: - Requires social media companies and artificial intelligence model operators to implement interoperability interfaces, using open protocols, to allow users to share their data with other services. - Grants users the right to access a copy of their social graph and contextual data in a portable format and to request its deletion. - Grants the Attorney General exclusive authority to enforce these provisions, authorizing civil penalties of up to $7,500 for violations that are not corrected within a 30-day cure period.
