As introduced: - Prohibits an online platform from knowingly creating or disseminating unlawful child exploitation material. - Establishes a civil cause of action. - Exempts an internet service provider, search engine, or cloud service provider solely responsible for transmitting electronic communications that is not responsible for the creation or development of the material. - Expands the criminal definition of "computer-generated image" to explicitly include images created using artificial intelligence software. - Increases the age of victims covered under child pornography possession statutes from under 16 years to any minor.
