Creates a private right of action. - Establishes a full-time Artificial Intelligence Analyst position within the Department of Justice to monitor AI, investigate consumer and labor harms, and provide guidance to the attorney general. - Creates an Artificial Intelligence Oversight Commission to study the commercial and political effects of AI in the state and make legislative recommendations.
