Requires a platform to maximize one or more long-term user value metrics applicable to minors. - Requires covered online platforms to conduct and publicly disclose annual long-term assessments of algorithmic changes and to obtain an independent audit of these assessments. - Makes a violation of the act an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
