As introduced: - Prohibits the use of automated software, or bots, to purchase tickets in excess of posted limits or to circumvent online ticket sale queuing systems, and requires owners and operators of a place of entertainment that sells tickets to report suspected violations. - Prohibits a ticket reseller or resale marketplace from using the name, logo, or other intellectual property of an artist, venue, or event organizer in a way that implies affiliation without express written consent. - Requires a venue operator or ticket issuer to disclose the number of tickets for an event that are withheld from public sale.
