As introduced: - Prohibits a law enforcement agency from obtaining, retaining, accessing, or using a biometric identification system or information derived from such a facial recognition search service. - Prohibits the Secretary of State from providing facial recognition search services from the driver's license and identification card databases to any other government agency or third party. - Creates a private right of action.
