As introduced: - Prohibits suppliers of mental health chatbots from selling or sharing a user's health information and input, and from using that input for targeted advertising. - Prohibit a mental health chatbot from advertising specific products or services during conversations unless the chatbot clearly labels the content as an advertisement. - Requires suppliers to clearly and frequently disclose to users that the mental health chatbot is an AI system and not a human. - Establishes an affirmative defense against liability for suppliers that develop, implement, and file a comprehensive risk management policy with the Attorney General. - Authorizes the Attorney General to enforce these provisions and impose fines and civil penalties for violations.
