As introduced: - Prohibits retail food stores from setting customized prices for individual consumers based on personal data collected through surveillance technology. - Requires retail food stores that use facial recognition technology to notify consumers with clear and conspicuous signage at the store's main entrance. - Restricts retail food stores larger than 10,000 square feet from using electronic shelf labels unless prices are changed only once per day at a disclosed time and a non-digital price display is also used for each item. - Allows a retailer to offer a discount if it is bona fide and offered to each consumer who affirmatively and knowingly enrolls in a loyalty program.
