As introduced: - Prohibits government entities from obtaining, retaining, accessing, or using a face surveillance system or information obtained from such a system, including through agreements with private entities. - Renders data collected or evidence derived from the unlawful use of face surveillance inadmissible in any legal or administrative proceeding and requires its deletion. - Creates a private right of action.
