As introduced: - Prohibits landlords from using algorithmic pricing devices trained with nonpublic competitor data to coordinate rental housing information with other landlords or enter into agreements in restraint of the rental market. - Makes a violation of this prohibition a violation of the Michigan antitrust reform act.
