As introduced: - Broadens the standard for disparate impact claims under the Human Rights Act to include practices in both employment and housing that actually or predictably result in a disparate impact regardless of intent. - Removes the requirement for a claimant to identify which specific policy within a group of policies causes the disparate impact. - Specifies that the use of artificial intelligence that results in a disparate impact constitutes a practice with a discriminatory effect.
