As amended on 6/10/2026: - Creates the Artificial Intelligence Deceptive Advertising Act, prohibiting advertisers from creating or disseminating an advertisement that uses synthetic content in a manner that creates a false consumer perception about the nature, origin or authenticity of the goods or services being advertised, without a clear and conspicuous disclosure. - Authorizes the attorney general or district attorneys to seek temporary or permanent injunctions against unlawful practices when doing so is in the public interest. - The 6/10/2026 amendment removes the knowledge standard for advertisers.
