As introduced: - Creates a new felony for any person who recruits, coerces, or uses a minor to harass, groom, or solicit harmful conduct or intimate images from another minor. - Expands the crime of extortion to apply to a minor who knowingly threatens or coerces another minor to obtain sexual conduct or an intimate image, including an image generated by artificial intelligence.
