Exempts interactive computer services, email providers, and telecommunications services that provide computer access. - Makes it unlawful for a person under 17 to knowingly possess, sell, or maliciously disseminate video or still image created by artificial intelligence that depicts another person in the nude or state of undress with the intent to coerce, harass, or intimidate a person. - The 3/30/2026 amendment subjects violators under 14 to delinquency provisions. Exempts anyone who did not have the specific did not have intent or consent to receive such video or images. Directs schools to inform students and parents of the consequences for dissemination, sale, or possession of images of another created by artificial intelligence.
