As enacted: - Expands the list of crimes requiring sex offender registration to include unlawful deepfakes depicting minors, certain instances of indecent behavior with a juvenile, and operation of places of prostitution involving minors. - Requires an offender to appear in person to update registration information if they are arrested or involuntarily committed to a mental health facility and held for more than 30 days. - Removes an exemption that allowed individuals convicted of crime against nature to omit a photograph from their required community notifications. - Adds static IP addresses to the list of internet-related information that offenders must provide upon registration.
