As enacted: - Prohibits producing, creating, distributing, advertising, or soliciting child sexual abuse material, including using computers to depict or facilitate sexual exploitation of minors. - Makes it a felony to possess, access, or intentionally view visual depictions of minors under 16 engaged in sexual conduct, sadomasochistic abuse, or sexual excitement, including certain computer-generated images that are indistinguishable from actual identifiable children. - Clarifies that prosecutors do not need to identify or produce the depicted minor in certain cases and establishes penalties ranging from misdemeanors for first-time possession offenses to enhanced felony penalties for repeat offenses. - Includes computer-generated images.
