As introduced: - Requires a clear and conspicuous disclosure on political advertisements that contain audio or footage generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence. - Establishes a private right of action and authorizes the Attorney General or a district attorney to bring a civil action for violations. - Allows a court to award a civil fine of up to $3,000, attorney's fees, and other relief for violations.
