Prohibit using AI to supplant health care provider decision-making, or discriminating in violation of law. - Requires the AI to be open to inspection for audit. Requires disclosures to be made in written policies. - Prohibits causing harm to the insured. Prohibits using AI to deny, delay, or modify health care services on medical necessity.
