As introduced: - Requires disclosure to patients from health providers if any information has been generated by artificial intelligence with instructions how to contact a human health provider in the event that such information was not previously reviewed and approved by their provider. - Requires disclosure if artificial intelligence algorithms or automated decision tools are used in the claims review process. - Requires insurance carriers to submit to the department artificial intelligence algorithms and data training sets that will be used in the utilization review process.
