As introduced: - Prohibits political deepfakes within 90 days of an election without a disclaimer. Prohibits computer-generated child pornography. - Prohibits disclosing a fabricated image of another person without consent knowing it would cause harm to the depicted person. - Requires interactions with generative artificial intelligence to have disclosures to the consumer that the interaction is with AI if asked, or at the outset of the interaction for regulated occupations. - Creates criminal liability for AI-assisted offenses.
