As introduced: - Establishes the Missouri State Technology Task Force to evaluate the state's technology platforms, including the use of cloud computing and artificial intelligence, and to make recommendations for improvement. - Creates the Twenty-First Century Innovation Hub Task Force to recommend ways to expand technology industries within the state, with a focus on agricultural technology, health sciences, and food technology. - Establishes the Decentralizing State Government Task Force to evaluate and make recommendations on shifting state government responsibilities to the private sector and local political subdivisions. - Creates the State Building Usage Task Force to evaluate the condition, utilization, and funding of all state-owned and leased real property and to recommend plans for rehabilitation or liquidation.
