As prefiled: - Creates the class C felony offense of knowingly generating, soliciting, or promoting a digitally altered sexual depiction of an identifiable person without their consent. - Authorizes a person depicted in a nonconsensual altered sexual image to bring a civil action for injunctive relief and monetary damages of at least $10,000. - Requires specified online platforms to establish a process to remove nonconsensual altered sexual depictions within 48 hours of receiving a valid request from the depicted person. - Exempts law enforcement officers acting in an official capacity and certain interactive computer and communication service providers from the bill's penalties.
