As introduced: - Establishes a grant program, administered by the Mississippi Development Authority, to assist state institutions of higher learning with creating endowments to recruit and employ professors of quantum computing and artificial intelligence engineering. - Creates the "State Institutions of Higher Learning Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence Engineering Professors Fund" as a special fund in the state treasury to finance the grants, with monies disbursed upon appropriation by the Legislature.
