As introduced: - Creates a new, separate criminal offense for child pornography and expands the offense to include computer-generated or manipulated images (deepfakes) that depict a real or purported child engaging in a sexual act. - Amends the crime of invasion of privacy to prohibit the nonconsensual disclosure of manipulated images depicting a person's intimate parts or sexual acts. - Increases the penalties for leading a child pornography network by lowering the number of illicit items required for a first-degree crime conviction. - Amends obscenity laws to increase penalties for distributing obscene material that includes a manipulated depiction of a purported child.
