As introduced: - Expands the crime of invasion of privacy to prohibit the non-consensual disclosure of sexually explicit "deceptive audio or visual media," also known as deepfakes. - Broadens the definition of child sexual abuse material to include deepfakes depicting children, applying existing criminal penalties for the creation, possession, and distribution of such material. - Establishes a civil cause of action for victims of non-consensual deepfake pornography to sue for damages.
