As introduced: - Prohibits the development or deployment of a chatbot that encourages, promotes, or coerces a user to commit suicide, self-injury, or acts of physical or sexual violence. - Requires a chatbot to clearly disclose that it is not a human and to disclaim that it provides professional services such as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. - Authorizes the attorney general to enforce these provisions and establishes a civil penalty of up to $100,000 per violation.
