As introduced: - Prohibits making a chatbot available that encourages, promotes, or coerces a user to commit suicide, self-injury, or acts of violence. - Requires a chatbot to disclose that it is not a human and does not provide professional services, such as medical or legal advice, and prohibits it from deceptively representing itself as a human or a licensed professional. - Establishes a civil penalty of up to $100,000 for each violation, enforceable by the attorney general.
