As introduced: - Requires state agencies to publicly disclose the use of automated employment decision-making tools on their websites. - Prohibits the use of an automated employment decision-making tool from resulting in the displacement of state employees or the impairment of their employment benefits and collective bargaining rights. - Creates a study committee to examine the impact of these provisions on state employees and the feasibility of extending them to municipal, school, and public higher education employees.
