As introduced: - Prohibits the use of artificial intelligence to provide professional mental and behavioral health care. - Prohibits an artificial intelligence provider from representing that an AI system is capable of providing professional mental or behavioral health care. - Authorizes licensed professionals to use artificial intelligence for specified administrative and supplementary support services, such as scheduling, billing, and transcribing sessions with client consent. - Makes the prohibited use of artificial intelligence by a licensed professional grounds for disciplinary action by their respective licensing board. - Establishes a civil penalty of up to $15,000 per violation, enforceable by the Attorney General.
