As introduced: - Creates the offense of coercive suicide, and establishes that an owner of an artificial intelligence (AI) system commits coercive suicide if their AI encourages a person to commit suicide, the person has communicated an intent to commit suicide to the artificial intelligence system and the owner negligently permitted access, knowing or reasonably should have known the AI could take such action. - Classifies a violation as a Class D felony.
