As introduced: - Establishes a licensable and descendible property right over an individual's voice and likeness, and prohibits the unauthorized commercial use of a computer-generated "digital replica." - Specifies the right continues after death for an initial 10-year term, which can be renewed in 5-year increments for up to 50 years total. - Exempts use in news, commentary, satire, or parody, unless the digital replica depicts sexually explicit conduct. - Authorizes a private right of action for violations, allowing for injunctive relief, damages, and attorney's fees.
